Well talk about funny, I was talking to my boss here at work, and she said that there was an online test that she’d seen today that was on MSN, and well she forward me the URL for it, and I just took the spelling test, and I will be the first to say that I’m not a great speller so I am pleased to say well I didn’t get perfect I didn’t to that bad, I got 11 out of 15 of the words correct (which to me is pretty good, all in all). Why did she mention it? Well where were talking about the school system, public verses private, and the subject of spelling came up, and in the coming up came up the url she’d seen earlier this day.
Well it has been a long day today to a degree; rather it feels like it’s been a long day. Since I have been figuring out what to do with a course that work has given me to work on, one of several actually. I have to figure out how to make them work with the new stuff that they are using since the courses where made by another person who use to work here many moons ago. I’m managing to figure it out, but I really don’t like it when people do not save the original files of which they are working with for future reference, its really a bother to have to remake files and make them look as close as you can to the original, but well I’m managing.
So not much to post about today, but well the Toronto Star has gone up to 75 cents a paper from Monday to Friday which sucks, and to a degree puts it out of my budget to get each day. I liked it back at 50 cents a paper, much more budget friendly. I know that I could still get the Sun for 50 cents, but well I do not read the Sun, its not a good newspaper in most cases as far as I’m concerned, then again its aimed at a different group of people then the Toronto Star is.
Well take care everyone,
