The Sims 3 Legacy Challenge – The Meeroo Family

Well been playing Sims 3 for a bit now (couple months) and after reading about The Sims 3 Legacy Challenge then reading over a few of the people who have dun the challenges I thought I would give it a whorl and see what I could make on my end since I’ve never before had a sim couple have children, yes that’s right in all my years of playing with The Sims, my couples have always been Childfree by choice.

So the idea of having a family of Sim’s that keeps going from generation to generation is interesting and something I’m going to try and see what happens (for the good and bad of it all so to speak). Its going to be its challenge keeping things going from generation to generation that is for sure since I won’t be making the mates for the kids but having them choose at almost random from those they meet where they live.

My goal is to stick as close as I can to the deal laid out by the founder of the legacy challenge but like all things I’m not going to stick to their point system or all of the rules, I’m doing it on my own terms as they work for me and in the spirit of the challenge. So ya cheats are not to be had (without good reason – as in game messes up and need to reset or the like), but that makes it that more interesting and challenging and having to turn on aging will add to that element as well.

I’ve not really though out how I’m going to write this all and put in the images, so it might turn out that this is more a story with few pictures – just have to wait and see how it goes (and if I remember to even take e pics in the process which knowing me some moments will be loss because I’ll forget to do so). I’m going to aim for the 10 generation deal, thus 10 chapters total (if I can make it that far that is) thus each family generation will have its own chapter with sub chapters within the chapter (at least that is my current thinking, we’ll see how it goes as time plays out before me).
