Well since I was sick I didn’t do to badly with the cal intake, yes I could have eaten more veggies, but since the more veggies I seem to eat the more i have an allgergic reaction the less I wish to eat them till I get a proper allergy test to tell what the world is going on with the foods I’m eating.
As to my pop consumption increasing well I don’t know about some people, but for me when I am ill drinking pop helps me to keep what food I put into myself down – without it well lets say why eat if it can’t stay where its put.
