Dietitian says I’m down to 283 pounds, and is pleased with that, but she has discharged me saying she can’t truly help me with my weight loss, so am back to not knowing my weight because my own scales don’t seem to work for me, yet they work for everyone else .. grumbles .. am going to see if the scales at the GYM work for me or not.
