Well am down to 277 pounds, which is very nice to see only two more pounds and I’ll be back at the weight that I was stuck at for close to 10 years of my life. With luck on my side and my body on my side as well, I will be able to get pass that 10 year blockade of weight loss and once again hit the scales down at 225. But like everything time will tell how that happens or if it even happens. I know the weight can come off, but I don’t really know just how much can come off with my ability to build muscle slightly higher then is normal for a woman taking place.
