Herbal Safety Sheet

In today’s day and age it is time we started looking at alternative remedies for healing ourselves. Herbs, Aromatherapy, and Homeopathic Medicines are a step in the right direction. But as with all medicines it is important to be a well informed consumer. Always research any herbal remedy you may want to take. If you are currently taking any type of other medications you should check with your doctor before using any herbal remedies.

This Herbal Safety Sheet gives you the precautions that you may need to take before administering any herbal remedies. Please be sure to read them carefully. I am presently only listing the herbs that we carry. But as always if you need any information on something on a herb that we presently do not carry, feel free to get in touch, and we will be sure to help you in any way possible. I am not a doctor, I can only help you become informed about the products and their uses and any contraindications that certain botanicals may have.
